Trick or Treat dog bow

Dog bow comes with choice of either velcro attachment for dog collar(Can make with elastic loop if requested) or alligator clip for dog hair. 
Bows are 4 in long by 2.5in wide.
Over collar finish comes with 3.5in Velcro strip to put around dog collar- can make larger if requested
