POLICY

• Please read & understand our entire policy before inquiring about a bunny.                                               Our bunnies are raised and sold as PETS ONLY! Thank you

• We really care about our bunnies. We want them to be happy in their new homes and we want you to be happy with your new pet. Please educate yourself and understand the needs of bunnies before welcoming one into your home. If we feel as though a person isn't capable of providing the proper care for our bunnies, we reserve the right to refuse a sale. We also reserve the right to ask any questions to ensure the proper care of our bunnies.

• To reserve a bunny, deposit is due. Do not place a deposit until you are approved to purchase a bunny from us. You may come for pick up once bunny(s) are at least 8weeks old and have been reserved. We reserve the right to charge you an extra boarding fee or put your rabbit back as available, if you haven't picked up your rabbit within the pickup period of 7 days after deposit has been placed and/or rabbit has been reserved. 

• No refunds will be given unless an ailment/death occurs while under our care. Be sure you are ready and committed to welcome your bunny into your family! You cannot switch reservations to a different bunny once you reserve so please be committed and sure of your decision before reserving. If you decide you do not want the rabbit anymore after placing a deposit, we CANNOT offer you a refund. Remaining balance on your bunny(s) is due no later than day of pickup.

• To the best of our knowledge, our animals are healthy at the time of sale. We make no health guarantees. After your rabbit(s) leaves our care, we are not held liable for any mis-gendering, physical harm, illness, accidents, death, or genetic issues of any kind. Please understand that these are live animals and there is always a risk when adopting live animals even when both parents are healthy with no known genetic issues to date.

• All bunnies have different personalities- we hand raise our bunnies indoors with love and care and expect our bunnies to grow up to be sweet, calm and gentle but we cannot guarantee any type of behavior/personality.

• Our rabbits come from high quality & pedigreed lines but we do not guarantee certain appearances, qualities or attributes, including; ears (floppy, straight or wonky) and/or wool (length, texture or quality). 

• We are very experienced in being able to tell genders, but we will not guarantee gender. We encourage everyone to inspect their new bunny before taking it home as we are not liable once the bunny leaves our care.

• There is no guarantee on weight; Teddywidders average  2-4  pounds but can vary.

• Teddywidders are a wool breed and will not survive outdoors. For their health, safety & comfort, we highly recommend they be housed inside a climate-controlled room.  

• Pet only policy. Legal action will be enforced if Bunnies are purchased to breed without our knowledge. If you want to buy a bunny from us and plan to breed the rabbit (whether for profit or just for fun) then you must make us aware; furthermore, you must purchase breeding rights at an additional cost. Backyard breeders will not be tolerated. Spaying and neutering is highly recommended for any rabbit purchased from us but not a requirement.

• Our rabbits are raised as house pets and we do not sell them as show or brood quality.

• For our waitlist customers: Once we contact you with information, pricing & pictures regarding the litter, you have 48hrs to choose your desired baby. If we receive no reply after 48hrs, we have the right to forfeit your spot on the waitlist and offer to the next person in line.

• After multiple attempts of contact, if no reply is received within 5 days from the first attempt, we have the right to void your deposit and/or offer your rabbit back for sale.

• We truly value our pets so if you can no longer care for your bunny, we will gladly them back, without a refund.

• We are always here to help- please reach out if you have any questions.

• Using photographs and documents from our website or social media is prohibited unless proper credit is given.

• By placing a deposit or adopting a bunny from us, you AGREE to our sales policy.
